1. Shipping Time and Handling
Overseas Warehouses: Orders shipped from our overseas warehouses (United States, Canada, Germany – covering all EU countries, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil) are dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
China Warehouse: Orders shipped from China are dispatched within 72 hours (3 business days) after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed according to the timescale shown on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with reputable third‑party shipping companies, including but not limited to:
- DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS
- Royal Mail (United Kingdom)
- Australia Post
- Correios (Brazil)
The carrier will be selected based on destination and service availability. You may indicate a preferred courier, but we cannot always guarantee this choice.

4. Taxes & Customs
- EU & UK orders: VAT is included in the price and invoiced according to local regulations. Customers will not be charged additional VAT upon delivery.
- Domestic / same‑region orders from local warehouses: No import duties apply.
- International orders (cross‑border): Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied according to the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.
5. Important Notice
- If the customer refuses to pay applicable duties/taxes or fails to cooperate with customs clearance, the shipment may be delayed, held, or returned.
- Any additional costs arising from such refusal or failure (including return shipping, re‑delivery, storage, and handling fees) will be borne by the customer.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional costs borne by the customer.
- Keep your contact information up‑to‑date so the courier or customs can reach you promptly to avoid delays.
6. Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery times are determined by the third‑party shipping company. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery may be affected by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, customs inspections, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen logistics issues). While we cannot be held responsible for such delays, we will do our best to assist you and coordinate with the carrier promptly.
7. Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any customs clearance time)
- Handling Time: 48 hours (overseas warehouses) / 72 hours (China warehouse)
- Transit Time: See the estimates above; may vary by destination and method
8. Partial Shipments
Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels if:
- One item is on backorder;
- Items are sourced from different warehouses;
- Splitting shipments enables faster delivery of available items.
9. Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the courier picks up your order. You can also log in to your account to check order status.
